Slow Gameplay on FUT Champs? And terrible customer support

Is anyone else experiencing slow gameplay on FUT champions today? I’ve played 2 games, both have been laggy, slow and unplayable. My connection has been fine throughout and I’ve even used the EA troubleshoot connection test and I’m getting 93/100. So connection isn’t the issue. 

I’ve also contacted customer support and as expected, it’s terrible. No resolution, pushing to just close it and not taking the issue seriously. All I was told is to fully reset my console (which I had done before contacting) and to use the Forums. 

What is the point in having customer support if you don’t want to be told the game isn’t working? And you don’t resolve the issues? 

Played since FIFA 12 and this is my first time using customer support. DO NOT USE IT.
