Same problem, bought my fifa ultimate edition put in the code on ea play pc, says I can play it on the 28th at 11:00pm and not the 22nd (when it is meant to be), bit angry bc I’ve spent all the money, plus no answers from ea is poor
yeah this is really pissing me off now, no EA staff have answered or even looked at this huge "ANSWER" forum its really pathetic, ive tweeted and done everything and no answers to this, my game still says 28th september is early access, yet i've paid for ultimate.
Ive contaced an ea employee in ea live chat and he confirms that its a visual glitch and ea cant do anything about it. U will be able to play it the 22nd dont worry.

I mean it has to be the case , could you imagine the outrage of people paying for the game early and not getting what they promised
I started a live chat with EA yesterday gave the guy all my details/screenshots etc and he said I will 100% be able to play from midnight Sep 22nd as my EA App on PC said 28th Sep which is clearly wrong as I've ordered the Ultimate Edition
But I do agree it's an absolute joke this issue has happened to so many people and most EA workers don't know anything about it

My dates are correct now but when I go on to click play, alert message pops up and it says that the game comes out 22nd of september at 6 AM (it passed that time already). Idk what to do. What a joke of a company.
Same for me i can even click manage and check edition and it says ultimate just still says game comes out 28th

I bought the ea play pro because i couldn't be arsed anymore, but guess what? I still can't play it even with ea play pro. Message that the game hasn't been released yet still pops up. Pathetic from them really. This thread is live almost for a week with huge amount of replies and yet they still don't do nothing.

must be nice aha i re installed and still says it comes out 28th and i cant even go to ea live chat cause it asks me to choose a platform and doesnt even show any at all
I’m chatting with them now. I had to use Edge and could select Mac as platform but no others. I’ll let you know how I get on
