Weird type of lag with fifa 25

While playing FIFA everything else on my pc lags other than fifa like for example:

• discord will slow down (not the audio) but just switching servers and etc.
• Medal clips will be like 4 fps and just be slow
• using any app on my computer including google will just be slow

Hopefully someone can help with this as this also happened with fifa 24 but now its just even worse with fifa 25
