Dear Barry,
Thanks you for kindly repy. My problem is so basic, before purchasing EA FC 25, I asked the authorized department and he said that my ban on EA FC 24 would not prevent me from playing EA FC 25 and I pre-ordered it, but now I cannot access EA FC 25 online. Can you help me on this issue?
