UT server disconnection

Which part of the mode? Rivals
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/15/2024 and more
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Yesterday first at 8:30PM, I think
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game properly for a few hours, playing matches in Rivals or EVO Friendlies and after maybe you'll experience getting a connection lost message, and after you check your connections, try to login again and it fails again and again.
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicking me out from UT to the main menu, and after it doesn't let me back because it disconnects internet. After a few tries I can hardly login again, play a match, then at the end of the match it kicking me out again, with the message I attach below, and it doesn't give me the points or collectibles I earned with the win for example. ☹️ It keeps happening in the last 24 hours with breaks for a few hour, but after I cannot finish a match properly for hours.
What should be happening instead? It should remain connected, taking back to the menu and show the things I won. And instead of this I would like to see a solution happen from the other side because it is not an isolated issue as I can see based on the several types of bug reports about the servers. Thank you!

I could finally use a Chip Shot with EVO player in a match, and it took away so I have to start again. And other challenges as well.
