EA FC 24 - Manager mode allways sacked

In my first time in manager mode, I chose Wrexham, with which I managed to reach the premier league, the problem is that even though I met all the objectives that the board asked of me (absolutely all of them), for some reason I only got about 60 approval (I simulate part of the matches and play others). Then when we move on to the next season, shortly before reaching the first friendlies, suddenly the approval drops to 30 or 40 and they fire me.

The same thing happened to me today with Notts County, I took it to the Premier League, I met all the objectives, I came 10th in the standings and I even won the FA Cup, and when I moved on to the next season exactly the same thing happened, just before The friendly ones lower my approval to "critical" and fire me.

The truth is that between this and the fact that the ultimate team mode has incredible lag, I don't really know how to play your video game. I hope for news soon.

I play on a computer and I have an i7 7700, an RTX 2080, 32GB RAM, and the hard drive is an M2, in Windows 10 I have more than enough requirements.
