you have lost your online connection

Need help please!

Whenever I play EAFC UT, specifically squad battles I always get the following message mid game:

"You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more."

This has been happening for years now (when it use to be FIFA), but I'm finally fed up of it - I play on a PS5.

Troubleshooting already tried:

- Wired connection and wireless

- Optimising network settings according to Playstation support

- Different networks

- Different routers

I have excellent internet and strong up and download speeds.

I can see I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue, has anybody actually had a solution from EA?
