I got the ps5 eafc24 bundle but can’t download the ps4 version

if anyone could help I bought the ps5 bundle containing a code for eafc24 but when I redeemed it I couldn’t find the ps4 version to download if anyone could help

I also got that problem i redeemed the code today and it said that i had the 2 versions (ps4&ps5) so i confirmed the voucher and it went to download it but the ps4 version was nowhere to be found. But when i look in the ps store it says that i have the ps5/ps4 version in the library but when i look in the library i only have the ps5 version available so yeah i hope that i can have a ps4 voucher or something.
Having the same issue. Bought the ps5 with the FC 24 bundle but can't access the PS4 version. Hope someone gives an answer to this
I have the same issue, when I typed in the code it appeared I had access to both versions. Once I needed it to play clubs with my mates, I went to install the ps4 version but I can’t find it. There is no option to select version, and the game is nowhere to be found in my games library. Help ASAP my friends need me on the wing!!

Guys it looks like the voucher codes that came with the bundle are not dual entitlement they work the same way as a PS5 game disc, I have a discussion in another forum and the retailer should support this however they are clueless, am quite sure this is the problem the voucher code is ONLY for the PS5 version.
- i redeemed the EA FC 24 CODE that came from PS5 Bundle on PS STORE and issue still ON, NO PS4 Version added in library and i asked Playstation Support they told me to ask technical support in working days, does anyone solved the problem here ?
EA & Playstation Should Fixed that Since Release DATE, why this problem is still not solved till now ?
The voucher code versions are like the PS5 game disc they don't have the PS4 versions of the game, you have to purchase the digital version or the PS4 disc version to have both versions of the game, it seems that the code and the PS5 disc version were made only for the PS5 version and not the PS4.I have the same issue, bought the physical ps5 standard edition, and there is no code or ps4 version when i install the ps5 version. Other games give you the ability to choose what version to install but not this one. According to this https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-24/dual-entitlement it should though. I spoke with support thinking it was a code that was missing from the box but they told me that the ps4 version should show up in your library after installing the ps5 version. But that is bugged and some people are not recieving the ps4 version. The rep told me the issue is escalated, to wait a bit and to contact them again if it doesnt change. I'll wait a bit and see. But considering their own dual entitlement web page i'm, planning to raise a complaint if they dont fix it. I bought this game for this so i could play on both my ps4 and ps5 depending were i am in my house.
Hi, I got the same issue with the FC25 (can't install PS4 version, or select this option) .
