EA FC Companion App Not Showing Points Tab

I am trying to get points on the companion app because I have an apple gift card I want to use, but for some reason when I go to the store it doesn’t show me the points tab.

I can't buy points on companion and I don't know why. I've seen other people have the option to do this on their phones but it doesn't work for me. Yesterday, I saw my friend get points easily on companion and thats when I realized it wasn't there for me. It's supposed to show under the packs option but it doesn't. Can someone please help?
