Re: EA FC 25 starhead thread

Have EA reverted some starheads back to generic faces. Just noticed that Will Smallbone from Southampton now has a generic face and a lovely head of hair. This happened in 24 and he got updated later. Seems strange for him to revert back to a generic face.

Haven't played much as it took 45 min to download at 1am last night, but some of these cranium faces are legit.  On Huddersfield and Portsmouth there are at least 5-7 which you can't tell apart from starheads.  Also, my guy Tabakovic looks identical to real life and it's a cranium (I guess).  On the downfall not many new scans or managers have been added or at least per sofifa - maybe next update? 

Don’t know if he was on the beta list but Ben Doak looks to have a scanned face. Unless it’s a good cranium

Some of these craniums are seriously surprisingly top notch! Unless we can get the source code for the real face option or however Sofifa gets its — I can't tell them apart....

Anyone know if you can change hair and stuff on cranium faces ??

Just realized that Dujon Sterling‘s starhead was already updated. A good buy for a championship side! Tom Lawrence should get an update as well.

I was thinking Leeds but that might be a long term one. I'm currently thinking Fulham, Betis, or Hamburg SV.

I always like to take a League 1 or even a 2 team towards Premiership with just 10M in extra funding.  My goal was Huddersfield as I love their fan base, but I am picky about having a real stadium and kits, and then the Goalkeeper kit is generic! Ruined it for now, as it's not the Umbro kit, but maybe an update might fix it.  If not, back to my Portsmouth career as always, lol.  

Don’t recall there ever being new races on TU1 or on game launch day?

@kiesch86You are totally right. That’s why I would recommend everyone not to start a CM until mid-October. TU was released on October 12th last year if I remember correctly. Could be a similar number of new and updated faces. There will be those that we already knew of like Ekitike, Müldür (both new) and Lawrence (updated), and likely ones like Itakura, Danilo. It‘s worth the wait I would say.

@ERD17 I will also wait doing a CM with Stuttgart, my favorite team.

Since I already have the game, I had a quick look at women teams and started a CM. And, tbh, I am enjoying it🙂 Several interesting teams with a bunch of scanned faces. And since I am not really familiar with women’s football, it‘s like exploring a new world 🙂 first time it made sense to use the scouting feature. Bremen, as a mid-table team for example, has about 15 faces. Quite good I would say.

Is there any good stadium assignment threads for eafc 25? Desperately needed for career mode!

More Ajax?

More prem scans?

More Ligue 1 scans?

More Bundesliga scans?

Serie A scans we're a fantastic surprise last. The amount of new scans at release is amazing which could mean less post release faces. I hope thats not the case.

Which teams/players are you looking for?

I'm hoping for more good craniums of players they aren't able to scan. Players like Odegaard and Ben White to finally get a scan instead of the customs they have had last few years. They should also release any face scans held back from last year, mainly the rest of La Liga and Serie A. Newly promoted PL teams scans too but they don't usually drop until November at the earliest.
