Re: FC Pro Daily Puzzle Completionist Objective - Not Granted

I still haven't received the 1500 XP and Premium Jumbo Player Pack, even though I completed the necessary objectives (SBCs) for them. I've invested a lot of coins into these SBCs just to obtain the pack and XP to finish the Battle Pass. I reached out to support yesterday, and they assured me that it would be fixed in the next update. However, it remains unresolved, and I fear I'll miss out on the rewards because of this issue. My concern isn't just for myself but for many players in my Facebook group (with 35k members).

This situation might become the primary reason for us to consider quitting the game. Despite enduring bugs and unplayable games due to the kickoff glitch, the bigger issue lies in our inability to trust anymore. We invest in buying the game and EA FC points and dedicate so much time, yet it feels like the company doesn't prioritize its customers (players) or their concerns.
