It is already 7 AM September 20th for me and I don’t have any of my packs or fifa points. Unless i’m misinterpreting the information already stated?
it’s 12:32 in the uk the game is out i’m on it, i got everything BUT the hero pack, how can i get it
I am on xbox and i am unable to install the ‘pre order content’. Could that be why it is not working?
I didnt get mine either. I kept log in and out ut hoping i will get it but nothing.

just bought the game, logged in expecting to open some packs, and all I got was a whole f*ck of nothing.Hello, I haven’t received any EAFC 25 Ultimate Edition pre order rewards. It is currently 2:03am on September 20th where I live and I can even go back on my Xbox account to look at order history, showing I pre ordered the game on August 18th. That should mean I get all the rewards on September 20th but nothing to be found. Please help

Why is it so hard to launch the game and give everyone what they paid for
If anyone's having problems getting points and packs like I did, I downloaded the xbox one version and when I loaded UT up my points where there. Just uninstalled it and went back to series x version and everything is there for me still.
Please ea can you please give me the pre order point and coins I have received nothing, please

I raised this issue as suggested and received this response from Customer Experience at EA (to be clear I pre-ordered Ultimate Edition on the 10th August well before the cut off), I have added bold to the most bizarre part:

@EA_Aljo This surely cannot be the correct answer, that you expect Nintendo to address this issue??!!
This needs to be looked at and fixed. I am guessing that people are also missing the rewards that were supposed to have been received as part of the August Season in EAFC24 as well. Please help us.
