can't  play the EAFC24 PlayStation tournaments on PS5

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 5
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? [edit: email address removed]
Which mode has this happened in? Tournament Mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? i don't know

I can't use this account play the EAFC24 PlayStation tournaments on the PS5,i select the tournament button but it come out with a wrong report: ws-115665-4


I tried other account, it can play the EAFC24 tournaments on the same PS5 device as usual

I have contacted the PlayStation support team, they have checked my psn and said everything is ok with my psn.

They advised me to contact you to solve the problem, please help me , thanks a lot

    Hello good day, I have a issue about connecting to tournaments. When I try to connect I receive this error WS-115665-4 and I can not connect. Can you please help me about this subject ? You can see attached image, thank you.

    Hello everyone 

    Every time I try to log in playstation tournaments I face an error message with number ws-115665-4

    See the pictures attached. 

    And can't find any tournaments!!

    Anyone know the solution ?

    I jave the same issue is imposible to play tournaments and everything is ok with my psn and internet connection,  is really an ashame i hope the ea team solved this as soon as possible,  is a really fun experience playing tournaments.
