Missing my FC24 points case#161720814

@kesho_jo For missing points like this, these have to be handled with support. The best thing to do if you do not wish to wait is contact live chat and not just email. They can get this done with you sooner rather than later.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

• Select the EA App
• Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
• You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
• Select Continue without logging in
• This should give you the chat/email option

@kesho_jo make sure you are logged out of the site, and then choose different account options it will show up.
