My Opponent is Making Me Disconnect

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 2 out of my first 3 FUT Champions Qualifier Games on 1/15. I am winning the game and my opponent is causing me to disconnect.
What happens when the bug occurs? Both times it was right after I scored. Instead of my opponent forfeiting I get the forfeit. I also notice it doesn’t disconnect me right away but the opponent stops moving and the game kicks off for him. I then disconnect about 8 seconds later. They have clearly launched a third party app to cause the disconnect, which is why they are afk for that duration. I know it’s not my wifi because I immediately connect back to ea servers.
What should be happening instead? I should get the win when they forfeit.
No Screenshot, please just read the post match report on your end and see what they are doing to cause this. It is not a coincidence that it has happened both times right after I scored to be winning, at a time where the opponent would typically quit. Please also compensate me for these results.
