My previous post was not a retorical question. Just tried to play 3 games, it was enough again to ruin my evening. Right now I'm just furious over this piece of * but i'll try to be nice.

Tested my ping (15ms), upload and download speed are more than enough, resetted the PS, turned it off and back on between the games, ... but every game the same thing. One out of four times that i push a button, nothing works. Two out three times it responds way too late. Tried to tackle the ball, it only performed the tackle when the ball was 10m further. Was pushing L1 for like 5 times to let the player in front of me run towards goal while attacking, nothing happened. Tried to shoot on goal: lag of more than 2 seconds.

A fluent gameplay is literally impossible. Direct passing is impossible. Dribbling is impossible. Planning ahead is impossible since you never know whether the last action you did will actually be executed or not.

Before you ask: yes, i uninstalled and re-installed the game. Took me at least 5 attempts because of all the error messages i received.

According to every EA co-worker on this site, there's nothing wrong, it's all our own fault, we all have bad connections etc. There are plenty of stories on here that prove the opposite. We paid for this game. Please make it work.

    If my ISP says it's all good on my end then what are we supposed to do? The game is nearly unplayable for most of the community most of the time. Should we just turn it off and play something else with our spare time? 

    These issues are consistent throughout all EA sports titles. UFC, FC, NHL, NBALIVE, MADDEN, even fight night champion on the 360 has poor head to head match quality through xblive and psn. What should I do? @RadioShaqs @EA_Darko

    @lansenyl I’ve tried to explain it to you before. Turn on the online input overlay and take a short video. If your controllers are close or in sync then you have little to no delay. If they are out of sync count the seconds between the two controllers on screen that is how much delay you have.

    Show your isp how bad your connection is and see if they will fix it.

    @RadioShaqs and I'm letting you know that my ISP has ensured that my 1gb up and down fiber optic internet is working perfectly fine on my end and there are no issues detected in my area.

    I have gone through multiple ISPs throughout all my years of gaming in an attempt to fix this issue but it it is a problem that only occurs while play EA sports titles. I'm not the only person having this consistent yearly issue.

    @lansenyl Very few have the issue. You said you don’t have the game this year in your post a week ago. Did you ever buy it or are you just going off what others said?

    Did you show your isp the video showing you have an issue?

    @RadioShaqs nope don't have it and not wasting my money on unfinished and untested products. I'm going based off of the gameplay I've watched over the last couple weeks and what I have experienced myself while I had access to the trial.

    In the past I've had a technician from my ISP try to play a match in my home and they still can't find the problem on my end or theirs.

    I mean just watch the actual gameplay in this clip and try to explain what is going on. Servers or not this is not good.

    @lansenyl That’s a shame they wouldn’t fix it for you. Maybe try to get a new isp but then again you don’t have the game so it really doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t accept that from my isp.

    Well, I do have the game AND i'm having the same issues. The FIFA games were always full of lags but in the past i managed to overcome most of them by messing with dns gates and other settings, but with this game it doesn't help.

    As i said: ping is 15ms. According to the EA connection quality tester, i have the best ISP in the region. Rebooted everything possible, cleared every possible cache, re-installed the game, etc. 

    Claiming that very few people are experiencing these problems is total bs. Do a quick search on the net, EA FC lags are really a common problem. 

    Especially with the new game. Putting the blame at the customers, while these customers know that everything on their end is working except for the EA game, is just sticking your head in the sand. Chances that so many users are all of a sudden experiencing hardware and/or ISP service problems right after they purchased EAFC25 are very unlikely, no?

    @brebike I’ve been checking the forum for years and very few have delay. I think 5 people posted videos last year. People will say millions have delay yet when people are asked for examples very few have it. I’ve actually seen more come back after turning on the online input overlay and say they don’t have delay. They are surprised they don’t have delay because it’s repeated so much without even checking. I mean the other guy doesn’t even have the game so doesn’t know that’s how much it gets repeated.

    @RadioShaqs not everyone is capable of recording and sending over their gameplay and most arent even aware these forums exist. If you want to see what we're talking about open another tab and go watch someone try to play the game on twitch or YouTube.

    Just because I chose not to waste my money on one unfinished product, I shouldn't be ignored or pushed aside like I'm irrelevant. I've bought every game since fifa 14 and go through the forums, reddit, twitch and YouTube pretty much every day and only see complaint after complaint and clips among clips of the game not working or just generally being unfun and unfinished.

    The game constantly lags and kicks people from the servers after a match.

    We repeat delay because what else are we supposed to call our players not reacting to our inputs in time or at all? I've got a few ideas.

    @lansenyl Getting kicked suggests it’s your connection. Do you know 800 new users posted when the sa servers were broken? Ea even acknowledged it and fixed them. So when you say that nobody knows about the forum or can’t post videos you are wrong. 5 is far from showing everyone has delay.

    @jaglv See while others can’t be objective I can be. I blame ea mistakes when they happen. I never denied the sa server and linked them all to post in the one big thread so ea could get all the info to fix it.

    I can suggest things to fix it if you think it’s on your end. Is it on your end or you think it’s a problem with the server?

    @RadioShaqs But you're denying my claims on the NA servers because I don't own the game and I refuse to pay $100 to be a game tester.

    I'm telling you that for years EA has had horrible connection quality in North America. There isn't even a data center in Canada. There as many data centers in Europe than the whole of North America and South America combined. I think that's a big problem.

    Do you know how many times I've faced someone on from the SA servers and just decided to leave because it was genuinely depressing? There's no reason I should ever play someone from another region.

    If it's not the server quality then try adding more severs in between high population areas in NA and Canada. Please.

    @lansenyl I didn’t deny that you used to have delay. I am saying you wouldn’t know this year. I don’t deny people have delay I’ve seen videos of people having delay.

    What I deny is when someone says everyone has delay and you ask for an example and you only get about 5 a whole year.

    We already went through this in another thread you couldn’t find an example with the online input overlay on showing delay.

    If millions had it you would see it on this forum just like sa when they fixed the server.

    To your point needing to add more servers is not a server issue. If you are connecting to a server father away that doesn’t mean the server is broken. Those are two different things.

    @RadioShaqs I have over 20 hours played on fc25. From those 20 hours I decided I didn't want to buy the game.

    I played it recently from another location on a different console and ISP. The game was the same if not worse.

    I'm saying there might not be enough servers to handle the amount of people trying to play the game in this region.

    @lansenyl If you are far from a server yeah it would be nice if ea added more servers. Again that’s not a server issue though. They try to get everyone under I believe 50 ping and pick locations that help. A new server in a certain location won’t always help because of location of vendor and isp don’t always route to the closest server. I would have to reread the pitch notes but ea has explained that in detail before pretty informative.

    this is out of any control this year, i cant play a game in any other hours than early morning, ive paid for this crap a ton of money and u cant provide me a smooth gameplay month after release. 

    What are u taking money for?! Game is unplayable. Joke of a company.

    @brebike Can we all just realize this is a multi billion dollar company and someone just doesn't want to spend the money to make it better for everyone else.

    Its people like you that let EA continuously release terrible games. I have done absolutely everything to mitigate all buffer bloat on my wifi. I have 0 packet loss with 1 gig download and 200 mbs upload. EVERY OTHER GAME I PLAY WORKS PERFECTLY expect this piece of trash. And before you say no one has this issue take a look at r/easportsfc you will get a COMPLETELY different response.
