Re: EAFC25 is genuinely the worst FIFA game ever on release

Unfortunately I can't see this game getting much better.

There are too many different animations that usually lock players up, the football has the same physics as a kickball, the defensive AI is far superior compared to the attacking AI, the new tactics are interesting but are useless when only 2 or 3 formations are useful and get your players moving on the pitch. 

This game just seems like it was built for the pro players but those guys seem just as fed up with this as the casuals. Don't they go to the studios or give the developers insight on how something should work in order to actually make the game a game? What kind of feedback were the developers working off of from FC24 or FIFA 23 that brought the series to an all time low like this?

Is this game really just about lining the pockets of your investors and higherups? Isn't there any passion or motivation to make a fun and fair game where actual skill and football knowledge means something? The last couple years have been some of the worst gaming experiences of all time and that really is saying something when you look at the recent releases.

Why isn't there a rep for the dev team in here discussing things with us? Even if it has to be in a controlled setting, Why can't we have some actual communication or hear from someone responsible for the current state of the game?

I agree. The game will not get any better this year. In time they will probably fix the bugs and glitches (but they will be back next year, so what's the point..).

What strikes me the most is the total lack of football intelligence. Attackers don't know when to run so they are Offside all the time, defenders who are sitting at the wrong end of the attacker where it is impossible to defend, or simply run away from an attacker, etc... You can't just patch that up i think

I don't think this is the worst EA/Fifa game ever, I honestly think this is the one of the worst games I've ever played. I used the term "Played" loosely aswell because you barely even have any control over anything that happens in this game.

Let this sink in for a second. Never before has EA sports released TOTY quality cards around early November. In games prior 23, if they even tried to do this the scorelines would be in double figures due to the defenses being so under powered this early in the game. Yet here we are. And I go on play some matches, what do you know 1-0, 0-0, 2-1, 1-1.. granted they were the occasional games where the scores would blow out late in the match but I'm sitting here watching Gold Gomez completely ice a 95 Mbappe multiple times and I'm stunned at how poor this game is. Even with these juiced cards people are still dropping their whole team in the box and playing this bog-standard counter-attacking non-sense. 

They've just exposed in one genius move just how irrelevant these cards are. Can Mbappe score in the box? Sure, he can but IT'S THE POSITIONING that kills every attacking card in the game and makes them all feel the same. And you know what? I still prefer Griezmann or Ole for one reason: Finesse Shot+. 

We're all being trolled at this point. 

Bro the most hilarious part of it all is that you actually have Developers of this game tweeting on twitter that they are so proud of what they have accomplished this year.
These devs are so up their own * and out of touch with reality that it will probably never change.

Jup this ea 25 FC is one for the books. I think EA is not at all going for the casual player this year and the reason why is that moneywise the more pro oriented players spend way more money on the game. So much it carries the cash all casual players together would spend on the game.

Just as last year the packweight is almost zero chance on getting great players….well not zero but smaller then 1 percent. And these are the storepacks you pay real money for. This means atleast to me that the sbc will contain an even lower rate of getting a good player which forces you to buy packs which hold cards that will be obsolete whitin a month even if you pack a good player.

so this game seems lost for the casual as the semi pro and pro players become the milking cow for this game. 

at some point it will crumble but looking at what UFL produced it won’t be anytime soon.

@M1stakez, the only reason they should be proud is that a new team is in charge of the development of this FC franchise. They have no idea what they are doing, so they are just patching the old code base.
They are unable to create a game from scratch, so they are using as much as they can of the old code base.
But at some point they will need to start work on something new, they cant live for 10 years rent-free.
