If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.

It’s hard to get the xp and me too buttons pressed when the forum is dead, and it’s you the developers that killed it, you never offer any solutions to issues, your never even acknowledge that there may be a bug, you never respond to any of the treads here or on the Twitter page, and to add insult to injury your in app customer help team are the worst, so maybe if you gave a solution every now and then things might improve here
