what a lovely thing to do for your girl, dragon valley is world so if your girl downloads it it will be in the +new game to start playing in dragon valley her game will play from whatever game was installed  and the gold version can only be bought with the simpoint bundle

options

have her log into her the sims 3 account then purcharse the simpoint gold version with your card

(as far as i know amazon has the regular version (code)  which you can buy then give her the code also origin sells it too, and retail shops disc version )

if you live in the US you can buy some EA cash cards your girl can then redeem the codes here in the orange redeem cards here
