I received a Vanilla Gift Card for Christmas. When I try to use it to purchase SIM points, it says that I have entered the information incorrectly. Is there something I should be entering instead of my name when I try to enter the card?

This is not helpful if the card is activiated. Site Administrators and Employees with productive information should answer customers concerns. Not some one who says.... "I dont work for EA, but i hope this help" because usually it doesnt help!
Just frustrated that in this day and age, sites designed to sell product has not added a gift card redemption option that does not require verification. A gift card has no information to verify! hence, the error message.
