UNable to Launch Sims 3

Hello,

I have just brought the Sims 3 and redeemed it on Origins. Everything was fine I installed the game and patched. As soon as I attempt to play the game now it says Re-enter and verify your registration code.

I enter my code and the screen disapears then appears again wanting the code.

Please Help As the game redeed absoluty fine but I can't play
