Re: Sims Supernatural Instal Issue

There is a new patch available, 1.55. Open The Sims 3 Launcher, go to the Game Updates tab, click on refresh and you should get a message saying that there is a new update available, click on Update Now. After updating your game, uninstall the Supernatural expansion pack and install again. It should work fine after that. 

If you have problems installing the new patch via Launcher, try installing the Super Patch.
