Trophy not showing up. "Help wanted"

The Pyromaniac trophy (get an insurance check for over §15,000 after using the firestorm karma power.) I have done it, completed it and under the in game challenges & rewards I have the challenge complete but on my Play station home trophy collection, it says other wise it is still locked and I've tried a 2nd and 3rd time for this and all 3 times the trophy hasn't appeared on my trophy list for Sims 3.
