SIms 3 Account Gone?

Question

Something has happened to my account, I have had it since The Sims 3 was first released and it had alot of content on it and all of my games were registered with it, but now all of that has gone? I think it was when I had to connect an Origin account? so now I have an empty account with none of the things I purchased from the store in it and I am unable to register my games because they have already been registered with my other account which apparently now doesnt exist?
Please help?
