@axenicie  Which packs do you have installed?  If you filter CAS by pack, how many hairs do you see available for each pack?  The filter menu can be opened by clicking the snowflake icon to the right of the option to change between hairs with hats and hairs without; it's next to the lock icon.

@axenicie  Can you take a screenshot or two of what you're seeing?  I'd like to compare with my game.  To capture the UI, put the game in windowed mode, then hit Windows key-shift-S and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture.

Please also try uninstalling and reinstalling one pack; it can be a stuff pack if you want to save time.  You can simply delete the pack folder, which will be inside the Sims 3 program files.  Unless you changed the default install location in Origin, the full file path will be:

Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3

The packs will be labeled by type and release order, e.g. World Adventures is EP01, Into the Future is EP11, etc.

I will send it one by one because it doesn't accept. I tried to send the whole thing but I'm sure it has to be more hair than this right? I will try to delete one stuff pack and download it again after I send the photos. 

Now I tried to uninstall a stuff pack and downloading again but it didn't work. It's still the same.

@axenicie  It looks like you do have the usual hairs, or at least you do for a number of packs.  See the little icons in the lower left corner of each hair thumbnail?  Those icons tell you what pack the hairs came from.  The base game hairs don't have an icon, but everything else does.  For example, in the first screenshot you posted, the hexagonal icon is for Into the Future,  the icon with two shades of blue is for Island Paradise, and I believe the orange-ish one is for University Life.

Yes I know that but there were more hairstyles in university life not just a bun you know. And for males -i dont really remember its been a while since i played it- i couldn’t see any hairstyles from world adventures but it is downloaded.

@axenicie  Alright, I opened my game (I have all expansions and some stuff packs), and here are the total numbers of hairstyles without accessories for young adults and adults:

base game:  15 male, 22 female

World Adventures: 0 male, 2 female

Ambitions: 6 male, 5 female

Late Night: 6 male, 5 female

Generations: 3 male, 3 female

Pets: 3 male, 2 female

Showtime: 4 male, 4 female

Supernatural: 5 male, 5 female

Seasons: 0 male, 2 female

University Life: 4 male, 1 female

Island Paradise: 4 male, 4 female

Into the Future: 4 male, 5 female

This particular install is two years old, so if there was ever a change, it didn't happen recently.  I don't think this is different though.  I found a few videos showing the CAS options from back when certain packs were released, and it looks like the list was always this short.  Here's an example:

The options in that video are exactly what I see.

Yeah i dont know what happened either but i will watch the vids because I don't have that many hairstyles in my game and I didn't have an issue before either. It was running perfectly fine like a month ago but I guess I will see thank you for the help <3
