Yup, this is one of several things people have been asking for since 2020 when they were introduced, and just like many other things pointed out in all these threads and requested, it's not been implemented. This along with playing as a real driver or allowing us to pick some icon drivers to unlock so the AI can hire them. And stat boost facilities that'll be better in the bin... I'll stop there.
But hey, at least we got eSports drivers added that not a single person asked for! Both useless and immersion breaking but god forbid we can have Alonso and Hamilton for more than two seasons, that would be totally unrealistic after all .. 🙄
