- mikyesposto17 months agoNew HotshotIt could be worse in the sense that many of the bugs we have will still be in f1 25. There needs to be unity within the team, that desire to demonstrate what you are really capable of. So first of all, put aside the old consoles. The proprietary graphics engine is always the best thing, unreal engine 5 is too heavy and complicated to set up, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would redo the physics engine from scratch as well as the driving model. Here unfortunately the absence of the good David is felt, a person who has driven racing cars and who has always developed first for the steering wheel, cannot be replaced (Casey forgive me). The appeal I make to Casey is to try to develop the game from the steering wheel and try to start from the base of the excellent f1 23 and cure all the problems that were there. The excessive grip of the tire and many other problems that David reported in one of the posts on the feedback of f1 24. I'm sure that someone like David at this time would have solved everything, even quite quickly. And then there should be many other features, Assetto Corsa Evo is coming and we know how good the new dynamic weather and suspension dynamics are. It's 2025 now, I think most players want a game that is scalable, but mostly simulation.

It can always get worse. I’ve learned that watching my office try fix an IT system for 4 years and with each attempt they fix one thing and break another.
I know I am in the minority but for what I need out of the game F1 24 is good enough. Not great but good enough. Not good enough to buy the next game full price but if my sons buy it for me as a birthday present I won’t be upset.

Let's just take a look at what's happened since EA took over. The entire game series has gone backwards in terms of content. EA have zero interest in implementing anything that resembles realism and instead flood the game with ridiculous and pointless gimmicks that no one is interested in.
Not only that, but the fact that F124 has had the worst handling model and AI along with many other issues, just shows where their priorities lie.
As long as this game franchise remains with this developer, they will always prioritise the live season rubbish, XP points system rubbish, tacky cartoon like helmet designs, repetitive bugs, poor engine sounds to name a few.
The one thing here to remember is that Assetto Corsa is developed with real racing as a priority. The recent F1 games from EA are developed with making more post game profits.
It will never change.

I agree with those who say that the Evo set-up will be a winner since now they are similar to GT but with super strong weather and simulation.....maybe Liberty Media will decide to license Kunos....because here I see it badly on F1 even if it is a different game if we think they can do worse then the 25th will be worse hahaahahahah 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Same here. 24 not brilliant but I’ve enjoyed played driver career a lot
And I cant believe people still have the influencer led rubbish of bash the handling model. It’s great I love driving it and a managing the ers/tyres (I’m on wheel)

Guys….the f2024 was so bad and so embarrassing. But I moved to GT7 and it is a whole new level. If you love cards and driving, GT7 is awesome for PS5. There is also AC and iRacing

They shouldn't make any more games in the series. It's all copied from previous games, even the tire tracks on the track are the same. Compare version 23 with 24, they only changed a few banners, the livery, the driver and the lights. The only new thing was the engine brake and the changed tire erp. and engine erp. which is also impossible. Everything is then sold as new and it always works to find buyers.
