@AndreiStama You had me right up until you said bring this game up to sim level as a priority because people invest in all the sim equipment etc etc. Typical elitist attitude. Just because a small percentage of people decide they want to spend thousands. They should get priority? No no and no. You know this is a game right? You also know it’s designed to be a SimCade on purpose right? E-Sports or YouTubers/Twitchers don’t sell this game. Actual F1 sells this game, To those who watch F1. The majority player base of F1 games are F1 fans. Who happen to be older educated professionals. Who work to many hours have too many proper priorities. But it’s those guys who for a few hours a week get chance to sit back and blow off some steam. Dreaming of what could have been if they got a Go-kart on their 8th birthday. Maybe they will play the game across the year some may even put up to 50 hours into the game but most with still use a controller as paying for high end sim racing equipment to play a game is very niche which most. Could not justify. But they get bored and move to the next game: But only a tiny number will put hundreds of hours in. I put in up 900 hours in each game. 350 on this. 760 on 22. 950 on 21 900 on 20. And the only reason I can do that is Codemasters designed a SimCade so I can get all the fun and immersion I need using a controller. Just like the vast majority who play this game. F1 series appeals to a small player base as it is. They are not going to develop a game for a fraction off a small player base. Especially as hardcore sim racers have ACC and IRacing that have more in terms off content for sim racers. I watch all sim racers channels and other the the E-sports guys and a few F1 content creators. Majority all race hardcore sims. If Codemasters don’t develop this game with casual F1 fans as the priority. Sales will plummet. The game won’t make its margin and EA will drop it. F1 games are for F1 fans not sim sweats that think because they buy high end equipment they are better?
