Re: Wraiths tactical activation time needs a buff

Asking a buff for the most picked legend, the legend with highest W and K ratio, what a joke ....

And the buff suggestion you are making is du*** as hell, and you were explaining how skilled you are and talking about my stats, yet you don`t know how to use Wraith tactical. :D Not to mention you didn`t know that her portal give 25% speed boost and her phase gave speed boost as well. :D

@LordloshBangYawn. Please refrain from commenting you just make yourself look stupid and you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Her ultimate DOES give a 25% boost, her tactical DOES NOT. Her Kills and win ratio have nothing to do with this post, you're just salty as hell because your stats are awful for apex and to feel better about it you need to cry to me over forums.

She is the most picked legend and the legend with the most wins and that matters WHY? She was apart of the original starting legends so OF COURSE ANY of these characters could have been the most picked. It just happened to be wraith, pathfinder and another legend.

So what you are saying right here is that you are relying on your tactical to safe your *** from certain death, and you are complaining that you are getting pwned and you want Respawn to make Wraith Phase completely OP and allow you to escape a situations where you should die, because you are getting pwned .

Wraith is a close range legend, so yes her tactical IS a close range feature to get away from a fight when you are low on health to reposition/heal up. YES her tactical is useful for other other things i.e avoiding caustics gas etc. No it does NOT make her OP because buffing something nerfs something else, that 2.5 second delay being reduced to 1.5 seconds means that you exit phase a second earlier than normal, which could have saved your life in the long run. What I want from this buff is to allow me to gain better controls over my legend when there are 4-5 squads shooting just ME and ignoring each other. I like FAST paced action, FAST teammates, FAST revives, FAST assistance, FAST combat, I like getting my blood pumping, and all of this is instantly shot down when you have to wait 2.5 seconds while being shot by 3-9 different people at the EXACT same time. You probably haven't experienced this because your lobbies are easy as hell. 

Who's crying? I'm making a post suggesting that wraiths tactical needs to be reduced to 1.5 seconds because it feels SLOW to ACTIVATE and is NOT SMOOTH. It is a QoL update, But that must go waaaay over your head since your skills are as awful as your thought process.

It's a QoL update and if you can't see that then you're as blind as the other dude with trash stats for the game. It doesn't matter what legend I use i'll still get the SAME stats, but there's a huge difference between liking a character and hating it. I like to get all up in your face before I mow you down, and it feels SMOOTH to use her just like lifeline, but currently her tactical activation time does not.

Activate it sooner, it's not rocket science.

@MoNosDirtyGaming I never like the most popular character so I don't have much experience with her. It was always a fight to pick her when the game first came out so I always stuck with Gibby. I know what it feels like to have a tactical thats painfully slow to activate but I don't remember if Wraith used to have a quicker activation time so I'll have a different view on this issue.

Tossing the Dome pre-emtively was the only way to use Gibraltar's tactical in a fight so I assumed it was the same for Wraith. My bad if I'm wrong. However I can't agree with being able to escape a situation where you draw the attention of 5 players in a tough lobby on yourself. That situation should be instant death unless your opponents are much weaker than you're suggesting.

With decent foresight Wraith should still be able to escape that situation but no character should be able to react to that in the moment.

Why should anyone take your opinion for something when you are mainig Wraith and couldn`t not see a difference in her speed during her portal and phase.

In season 4, her Portal Speed was  418.60, way more if you slide jump and so on.

Your tactical alone increase your speed to 327.14, and if its a during your ultimate, your speed becomes - 446,74.

In Season 5 they actually lower it more, now its less during portal and phase. Its 364 in her portal and 284,47 during phase. If you are using her phase during portal its 388.47.

The only salty here is you. And your suggestion are laughable.

@heme725Yeah her tactical used to be instant. All of my lobbies are usually the top 10% of players; timing matters HEAVILY, I hate slow things and she never used to be this slow. Players in my lobbies only miss like 5% of their shots, there's only so much bullets you can dodge when waiting for your tactical to activate, and it does impair your movement when activating it, which doesn't make it a smooth transition and makes it feel clunky when in phase mode. If I am dying due to the game's delay and not of any accord of my own then the issue here would be the delay, it gives the enemy the extra second to aim down at me because my movement ends up clunky while waiting for the transition.

I've escaped a LOT of situations where I should have died with every character; death only happens when there is a bug being exploited or if there is a serious issue somewhere, in this case its the 2.5 second waiting period while the game feels instantly clunky.

I'm the type of player that plans something before I do it, it doesn't take 10-30 seconds to think of, I can do it in the moment. So when I tell you that this change needs to be made for a better QoL update, it really does. After all the nerfs wraith has received I believe it is more than fair to at least reduce her tactical activation time by a second, down to 1.5. 

I remember when I first started using gibby, it was me and my team fighting and we ended up getting pinned down in open field, I decided that hiding behind a rock was a good idea, since I had no gun and 75hp, little did I know that just because I couldn't see the enemy on my screen didn't mean they could see gibby's hitbox. Long story short I still got shot and died cause hes chunky as hell .. lol

Hmm, always interesting to see a comment edited AFTER i have read it and already replied. I discuss things on the forum I don't "ARGUE" about them like a 10 year old. It is EASY to miss the current speed boost when wraith gets nerfed every season and when you play on PS4 MOST of the time, I'm not a complete utter geek to see if there's still a speed buff for the character I use the most.

Of course you're awful, why else would you try and say i'm "Scared to death" but decide to tell me to come on a different game LMAO. EXACTLY IT HAS NO DAMN RELEVANCE RIGHT? You seem completely oblivious to the fact that just because there's a new legend people who love a certain legend will stop using the one they like and use another one. That's not how it works, for example I main wraith, I could care less what other legend is released, I'm still going to pick wraith and if it is taken i'll pick gibby or someone else, regardless wraith will STILL be picked because she was apart of the ORIGINAL set of legends. Unless she is completely destroyed to the ground she will ALWAYS be picked. Even then she will STILL be picked just because people have all their stats on her, i.e 4k damage badge, 20 kills badge, 30 kills badge etc. 

And don`t try with the line - its because people like it, yeah they like it because how she is.

People pick octane because he is FUN, what does he bring to the pro league? Nothing. What sort of teamwork does he allow? Nothing, all he does is give you faster movement to allow you to get to highground when you have his ultimate and force enemies to stay in a house if you place his jump pad near a door as a "trap". Apart from that he is a solo player who runs around the map pushing every single squad, absolutely useless for the pro leagues when everyone camps. 

You never ever see me playing, neither play with me, so you cant say you are better than me.

They changed phase for that exact reason. You should have known that.

As far as Wraith goes, they nerfed Wraith, because it was OP, now its close to perfect. Its talk enough that even after all the nerfs she receive she is still number 1 legend in the game. Thats speaks for itself. At one point she was broken, then move to OP, to insanely strong and now to Strong but fair.

As far as me crying i never ever created a topic regardless of buff/nerf to any legend in the game, so again you are wrong. You can always correct me, by showing me a threat that i made about nerfing Wraith or so.

All i doing is correcting people like you, who obviously are bad at the game and don`t know what are talking, and all they are care is they to abuse a broken/OP legend, and don`t care about game health and overall balance.

But this is the last time you will hear from me. A guy who making himself looks like he is a "pro", yet he can`t feel that his legend is moving way faster(esp in season 4) during Wraith Portal and phase(also increased speed in S4) i got no business to lose my precise time with you. Its obvious who are bad in the game and does not understand balance at all.

It sounds to me @xx_Dante2k_xx you think when wraith has her almost instant activation Time she is overpowered. like respawn says “get out of jail free card” and saying that sounds op. Look at her from a new perspective you have no shield barely any health. Both of you teammates are knocked down and you are being shot form behind and in front. If you were to use the tactical (1.25 seconds) you are finished. If you were to use the tactical (.4 seconds) you are out of there! She is an escapee of battle. she might run away heal and maybe try to 1v2 them. Maybe she might wait for them to leave and grab her teams banners. There are many ways to use her but try this perspective and see if it might change you mind about wraith.

@ItsThatGuySky Actually it is still possible to use it as a jail free card :D It just takes more to time it correctly/earlier. But it is still possible to use it in this way, all though grandet not as effective as before. Overall I think she is more fun now, and love the new way you get to use here ability´s. As they described in there patch notes. You now use the ability´s as more of a repositioning and scouting Legend.

@SapperMnK I see your point. With all due respect, in my opinion the near instant time to get into the void was better. But I think she did need the other buffs in the lost treasures update.
