Probably this is the most asked question but i am one of these people that have the technical knowledge of a potato and i am unable to tell if i will be able to run the new game.

Short answer, no. Legacy processor older than minimum spec, if you did get it to run the configuration would be unsupported and you would get no help. Save yourself the hassle.
The CPU is 12 years old.
