I have the exact same problem.. have you tried reinstalling the game? I'm going to give that a shot. Will report back after if there's a change.

I'm on Xbox One by the way.

    @T0NYD0MIN0 Hey i figured it out, you have to delete everything (not your game save) " DO NOT REINSTALL" hold the xbox button down and Re-Start your console then reinstall. everything is working now.
