@Sir_Named That what I'm Saying He's an assassin but they buffed it to where his footsteps are Louder in the recent update

@JACKTH3R1PP3R97 Where? I didn’t see anything of the sort in the patch notes.
But if you are crouch walking, it may sound loud to you but I assure you, enemies can’t hear you. (Or at least, they aren’t supposed to, as you are supposed to be silent.)
It could be the map. If you walk on a dirt path, they often make slightly more sound.

@Sir_Named I could have swore they did because I seen it I thought I too a pic of it but I really did see the buff for it
