@Kiki-Inuyoshyy Is it maybe because she is keeping furnishings from her home in the move? you could try the move and see if it has stripped everything including appliances? If they are all gone when moving in the manner you are doing, you could exit the game without saving then try again and not keep furnishings - just move her personal items you want to keep into her inventory and try again and see if it then has ''furnished' available? Same thing, if not exit without saving, and you could try evicting her and see if her items go with her into her inventory then to do the move and if the furnished are there as a option then? Or is it possible this apartment is unfurnished anyway do that is why it's greyed out on this move-in? Which penthouse is she moving to?

Yes, I moved in and everything was gone. I even took all belongings from my old place by using keep furniture. When that did not work I tried selling all of it. When that did not work I put the things I wanted into my inventory or family inventory, All items from the apartment still gets removed, but I don't wish to use my own furniture I wish to keep the furniture that's already there.
I believe the apartment belonged to a previous married couple, Last name Feng. They have long since died (I am not sure where), but the apartment says it's available and I can move into it expect it won't appear furnished.
