Re: Vantage "perks" feel more like nerfs

@SolitaryMassacre yeah expect buffs when the heirloom drops and nerfs promptly after the event ends. ea nerfed echostrafing movement tech on launch which killed the character. and the perk that's a situational movement buff on ult hit seems...like the developers dont actually play their own game on a high enough level to come up with meaningful changes to make legends comp viable
