Multiple venues on one lot

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to make a lot with more than 1 venues on it, to be able to create eg shopping mall with restaurants or cafes and many shops. Or build semi-detatched, terraced houses or even small apartments. when i built my swimming poll/gym on a swimming pool lot, nobody was actually going to the gym when i visit it with my sim, which is a bit shame. Also would be nice tu build in one lot just block of shops, library, museum etc... It would look more realistic and also save some lots in the worlds. It would be also better if somehow every bar i place could get a bartnder and coffe bar a barrista.

    Unfortunately, you can only choose one type of venue for one plot. However, if you put a bar at Museum, for example, a bartender will appear to serve drinks. However, neither the restaurant nor Coffe bar service will be available. To what facilities will the staff appear: bar, yoga instructor mat. It will also appear at food stalls but only if you hire a service but this service will disappear after some time.

    @kreatora yeah.. i was just wondering if there is any update for this as i havent played for a while. I wish they thinking of it as it would make the game much better... also i have clubs with 2-3 bars and only one bartender appears :/

    Yeah, I've had moments where I've wished there could be a way to make a "multi-lot". In time, I thought, "What if they could make rooms have traits?" Then if you want to make something like a mall you can assign what certain rooms/areas are. I saw video where a person made a mall with stores, arcades, a movie theater, food court and such... overall, though, for it to function best it had to be set as a park. So much for the retail, but outside of wanting to run an actual retail business it isn't like Sims actually needed to shop. *Shrugs.* You did have to hire workers if you wanted the food court to work, however, and everyone loves going to the theater for a romantic evening and have a poor homeless sim sleeping on the couch next to them. 🙂
