@MoNosDirtyGaming negative, if I had a level 3 or higher armor, I would prefer to use the shield battery, not shield cells that would take 12 to 15 seconds to fill my shield, and another, the legendary armor would be better if the time was reduced to use shield cells, and not worse, even with legendary armor, it takes 6 seconds to fully fill using shield cells, and with a shield battery, 5 seconds to fully fill.

it wouldn’t have to decrease much, decreasing from 3 to 2.5 seconds would be fine.

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO I believe you misunderstand the point entirely. A legendary shield is only good because you can heal twice as fast, 3s to pop 2 shields. The last time they messed around with shields the golden bodyshield became completely useless. This change would make it pointless once again.

And again if you're being chased you don't have 5 seconds to fill your shield, you'd have 3s to slide down a hill pop a cell, run a bit, shoot back, pop another cell while they're pushing you, and repeat.

Apex is about IQ and outsmarting the opponent. Cells used to be 2.5s and they increased it because of noobs crying 24/7.
