Re: Well... i just got Permanently Banned after 3500+ hours of gameplay

@Palette24carats If someone can not follow the TOS that they openly checked accept to upon creating their accounts then punishment will be taken. Simple solution is dont act like a child and this wont happen.

    @E9ine_AC We are millions and millions playing this game, there is very different temperaments in human nature playing a game that you put money into should be a right just like when you buy a software it is your right to use it. If game chat is the problem then EA can mute them to others.

    @Palette24carats EA owns the account we simply are allowed to use it and claim it until EA decides they need to suspend/ban or close an account. There is nothing no one can do. This works this way for all games.

    @E9ine_AC whatever, muting the guy still solves the problem, so no need to ban. EA makes money with more players, stop banning these mute them and ban cheaters

    The reason for the perma ban is because they have been banned before, this is the second offence.

    If it was a first offence then it’s likely it would have only been a temp ban.

    @Palette24carats

    Completely agree with your logic.

    But by now if you are not aware of how companies like EA and Blizzard feel they can bully and steal from their paying customers, I don't know what to tell you.  They BAN as much as possible hoping people will just buy back in, more money right?

    People should steer clear of giving these companies any money so they can change their ways.

    For example I love that new lifeline skin in the store...but not spending a cent till, servers are better, cheaters are gone, and this kind of account stealing is gone.

    It is that easy.

    Have a nice day.

    @CarbonCarl EA can mute the player in-game 100 days or more and let him play as much as he wants that way he wont hurt anybodys feeling.

    @Cakito7 @Palette24carats

    I agree things could be handled much better, but unfortunately these things are out of our hands here at AHQ.

    We can only guide you to who deal with bans etc
