Re: outdoor retreat

@killermousemml the pack could use an overhaul certainly, especially since it's badly affected by bugs right now. It's one of my favourites.

Harvestables and collectables are very buggy at the moment with many players not getting plants or rocks spawning and with some plants just floating in mid air. It's definitely in need of attention. My Sims like to stay there for weeks with a tent but the Homesick Moodlet pops up a lot, even for my adventurous Sims.

There are some things you can do already to change it up a bit. You can get creative with the water tool on vacation lots. You could add a pond to make a lake house effect on one of the larger lots. But kayaking would be a great one. I'd also have liked to see climbing, like in Snowy Escape where we have climbable rocky hillsides. You could add the rock climbing machine to a vacation lot if you have it but it's not the same. I'd love to see it added to the hills near the Hermit's cottage. I asked for pony trekking a while ago but I knew it was wishful thinking lol 🐎.

It's such a great pack, it's overdue for a bit of love and a lot of fixes.

@killermousemml I just added a new Granite Falls lot to the Gallery after talking about this today gave me an idea. I added a private lake to the biggest lot there and now at least my vacationing Sims can play in the water and they can catch frogs too although I wish they'd add wild swimming to Granite Falls like with other packs. It seems strange that Sims can't swim in the river, it's a lot like a rural trail near my house IRL and people swim in our river and streams.

So if you use the gallery it's there but I attach some photos for you anyway. I could place Island Living water transport on the lot, but obviously not in the water but it took up too much space as I wanted to add the Little Campers swings and the campfire with space for additional tents.
