I went through the proper channels @EA_Barry , and this was the result. "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account."
My account is suspended for using player name Mike Vick, but I double checked and EA still has Mike Vick in Madden 24. How can that be appropriate on Madden 24 and inappropriate on NHL 24? This is toxic behavior towards a customer that started playing EA games when NHL 94 was released. Attached is the response from the ticket I opened. This has to get fixed.

@EA_Barry is there a support number I can reach to during business hours to speak to someone about this? I need someone at EA to explain to me how Mike Vick is in Madden 24, but a paying customer that bought early access has lost access to a game for 7 days for using Mike Vick. This is simply harassment.

@EA_Barry I've attached the completed the appeal process response and it was denied, but Mike Vick is still in Madden 24? Do you agree that this is a fair decision suspending an account for using player name Mike Vick while the corporation you work for puts him in Madden 24 and collects revenue off his name?
