Try these steps from PlayStation:

Make sure your system software and application are updated.

If the error occurs after launching a game, delete the game from Settings > Storage, and reinstall it.

Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Rebuild Database.

I have tried this and multiple other things and still doesn’t fix the issue. I believe it might be a bug within the game that causes it to crash. This only happens when i try to start a career game with my QB that was retired because I couldn’t sign with another team, if i try to start a WR career i don’t have this issue whatsoever.

@EA_Barry So i tried something! I deleted my 91 OVR QB and created a new one and i was allow to get into the superstar league game mode and the error code i was getting before stopped showing up. I believe that there is a bug in the game that doesn’t let you continue playing superstar league career mode after your 4 year contract. I hope this can be fixed on a upcoming patch update because this game mode is the only reason i bought this game
