They just denied my appeal 24 hours after I submitted it. No email. No communication. A 5 minute call would likely clear this up. A single email asking for an explanation of whatever their system is seeing would likely do as well. That’s apparently too much effort for EA.
Out of principle, I’m never giving EA my business again. To the mods : you should seriously quit helping this company. Anyone who works for EA should quit. What an absolute garbage way to treat your loyal customers.
Also out of principle, I will be fighting tooth and nail to get my money back for madden at a minimum. Beyond that, I’m done with EA. I’ve been a huge EA apologist for something like 20 years and this hurts.
Goodbye to the biggest embarrassment of a company I have ever experienced. I’m going to be posting this ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE.
EDIT : I was mistaken about one thing - they did email me back and it went to my junk mail... so that's on me. However, their email just says they've confirmed that I was distributing coins. They're a million percent incorrect. I submitted another appeal... my hope is this whole thing is maybe because my IP shows I'm in a foreign country... well it shows that I am, because I am. My family and I are on vacation currently. I sent them a screenshot of my plane tickets and offered to send my passport and visa as well if that's the deal. Fingers crossed but honestly, even if they do finally conceed, I still have a pretty bad taste in my mouth that they immediately assumed foul play and didn't even afford me a chance to defend myself. You guys have to be better than this...
