Summarize your bug The whole ultimate team option is locked out on my home screen. When I try to select it, there’s a padlock on the left side of it and says I do not have access.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Remove the lock
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not allow me to play ultimate team mode
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to access ultimate team

My PlayStation had an update and after that my Ultimate Team on Madden25 had a padlock and said I didn’t have access to it.
