Every time I restart my game or eject my disk, I am greeted with the introduction again. I have been playing Madden since Day One, and have only recently had this issue (past few days). When Odell Beckham is dancing around in the introduction, instead of going straight to the menu, I am asked to re agree to the license agreement. I am then asked again to share my social feed and my information with NFL.com, as I was on day one. When that is done, I am taken in to the Steelers vs. Cardinals challenge. I watch the cut scenes, and then quit the challenge as soon as possible, as I did on the first day without causing any issues. I then select my difficulty, favorite team, and asked to review new gameplay mechanics again. From there on out, every time I go into a new menu, the introduction graphics pop up explaining the menu that I am seeing. I.E. in Ultimate Team, when I go to sets, the graphic will pop up explaining what sets are. This is the case with every imaginable screen in Madden. These subside after viewing the unique page once, but once Madden freezes and I am forced to restart, or when I go to play a new game, it is back to square one. I have tried everything. I have hard reset my Xbox, I have cleared cache, I have reinstalled the game twice, I have inspected my disk (which is perfectly clean and in tact). I spoke to a representative for a long period of time going through every possible solution, and she suggested that I author this post. Please look in to this.

- Evertime I begin playing Madden 16 I am required to complete the Intro. (liscense agreement , steelers game, roster update and skills trainer) Can someone help me or refund me.
- I have to constantly accept the license agreement. The bad part is every time I accept it Madden does not read it as read and it constantly asks me to accept even though I have 100+ games played online. This started happening last week
