Hi @ronpheus If you have already reset your password and keep getting a message that it needs to be reset. Try restarting the game if it pops back up you will want to reach out to our support to take a look into your account further.

    * this *! I buy a game to play it not be given the run around and it still not work. Will be getting my money back, and going back to playing anything that isn't from EA sports. Have been a member since forever and y'all are claiming I signed up today and all my info is wrong. * y'all!
