@EA_Aljo Thank you . I just want this fix so we can actually play the game as it was meant to be . Since the Field Pass is core to MUT now .

@EA_Aljo same here have been stuck at Level 1 Season and Competitive Field pass for what seems like forever - 29 days. Have done all as suggested.
Uninstall - power cycle Xbox x and router - reinstall all done x2 over.
Spoke to chat help, phone calls everything! No response or help other than be patient, we are aware there's an issue!
Have purchased packs, played numerous challenges, solo battles. Still no progress in either and no access whatsoever to headliners nor ultimate kick off.
Finally no access to online play modes h2h, play a friend or draft mode.
Any help or advisemement is appreciated friend.
