Are you seeing a specific error code or error message when this happens?

You can check your error code history by going to Settings-> System-> System Software-> Error History.

    @EA_Solaire I reset my console, rebuild the database, deleted & reinstalled the game application, cleaned disc, restored my licenses, & even reset my router. It’s has too be a bug in the latest updates. That needs too be patched, bc when the game first came out I didn’t have this problem. I’ve seen several threads with new gen consoles having the same problem. This is the only game I have this problem with, my other games work juss fine.

    I’ve uploaded a video using my iCloud link & a screen shot of my error history on only this game. I’m sick of it ! I literally wiped my whole console too play this game & it still crashes, it don’t matter what; exhibition, online game, franchise. After every game it’s just crashes !  I did a whole off season in franchise for a hours, never crashed, but once I play a game & finish it CRASH. I want a new copy bc it is indeed the game ! Or a fix ! Next gen my a**
