Okay so I'm gonna go out on a limb and do your job for you and tell me that it is a bug and the camera switches are not a result of user input. Does that sound about right? I really don't care what the answer is so long as it's truthful. We're not idiots: we understand a program like this is complicated. Speak plain, because right now your company is on the precipice of losing a life-long user. I've already sold my Xbox and had designs on moving to Sony's platform after Microsoft refused to communicate. Whether or not EA or ANY of their many, many studios appear in the credits of my gaming lineup is now very much up to you. Take note: there are more like me every day. Service your customers or lose them. Take care. [edit: spelling error]

Okay so, this is a known issue of relatively low priority that will be addressed in a future update, possibly not until Madden 18. Not the response you were hoping for but the truthful reply you requested.
I beg your pardon, but that is exactly the answer I was hoping for: the truth as you know it. What more can I ask for?
