Hello,

First, the 3x Field Pass point multiplier only applies to the Field Pass Daily Goals, not the Gameplay achievements also. You should not be receiving any point multiplier to the Gameplay achievements that change on a weekly basis.

Now, are you positive that you are not receiving the point multiplier for the Daily Goals? As the Field Pass offer indicates (see image below), the point multiplier does not appear within the interface or the reward message. Instead the boost will automatically be applied once the points are added to your total. So it's quite possible you are just not seeing the boosted points being applied.

Since all the other Field Pass perks are working correctly for you, I would bet the point multiplier is also working, it is just a matter of you not being able to see the points being boosted. We haven't seen any other issues reported with the point multiplier from our end either, so am not sure why yours would not be working if you received all the other Field Pass reward perks.

Also, since you are currently only about 12k points behind the leader, I would bet the thing that is separating you from the top is that you did not purchase the quarter packs on multiple devices. You are able to purchase quarter packs once on Android and once on iOS. So if you did not do that, then that would explain why you are behind in points despite doing everything.

If you are still confident the point booster is not working for you, then I would advise to either reach out to EA Help's Customer Support so they can look into this for you, or wait for an EA staff member to respond to this thread for further advice.

    Well then the promo is poorly worded... 3x points on "repeatable achievements." That encompasses gameplay as well as they are repeatable and in the "achievements" tab in summer blockbusters. Anyway. 

    Yes, I am POSITIVE that I am not receiving the 3x points and have not been receiving them. I have recently started tracking my points and checking after completing, not following the "pop-up" that tells me I finished a specific achievement. I have accomplished EVERY achievement and all other possibilities and yet fall down the leaderboard. I watch the rivers and compete my stuff within an hour of them opening to play. 

    I have spoken to EA help they told me to post here. Bottom line is I PAID for something I am not receiving and if I do not recieve what I purchased AND earned then I want a refund.

    Also, your image... I have not seen that anywhere in the game. That looks bunk AF. In my first post I simply screenshot the 'Summer Blockbusters' info page. The 2nd bullet point clearly states:

    "* 3x points from Repeatable Achievements"

    I see what you mean, the wording can definitely be more specific there. I do agree with you in that regard.

    My screenshot was from the Field Pass offer’s info node that is in the store. I didn’t purchase the Field Pass, so still have access to it.

    @hawskee Yes, I can no longer see this. As to a different point in your first comment/response. You posit that I have not been purchasing "quarter packs" on ios as one can purchase on both iOS and Android. Wouldn't that be a glitch? Isn't there a remedy for that? It's an undue advantage and lacks that of skill or consistent effort but one of access and user money.

    Also, the "quarter pack" you refer to is that stopwatch pack offered every 22 hours for 125 gems? I'll load a screenshot.

    Cannot comment on the first question as I have no idea. All I can say is that we have brought it to their attention and they are aware of it being a thing. But if you are wondering why you may have done everything possible in obtaining points and are still behind the leader, then that's your answer.

    As for what the quarter packs are, no those are not the quarter packs. The quarter packs are offers that you buy with real world money, similar to the Field Pass and Sideline Pass. It gives multiple offers that escalate in cost & value with each purchase. Here's a screenshot of the first of the quarter pack offers below:

    If it was offered I purchased it. But I haven't seen anything like that since maybe the first day of the season.
