Re: Can’t Log In to Game Center in madden mobile

Are you unable to connect on both a WiFi and mobile network connection? If you're on WiFi, try rebooting your home network if that's where you're currently at. Try re-adding the WiFi network to your mobile device to see if that helps.

I'm sure you've rebooted the iPhone since the update, but in case that wasn't covered that helps connectivity errors.

Did you ever sync up to Facebook?

    @EA_BlueberryNo I have not used face book. I have only used Game Center for madden mobile. I will try rebooting my phone again and also the WiFi if this doesn’t work is there any way you can get my team back for me because I spent money on that account and I don’t want that money to go to waste. I also have information about my team like the players on but I do not have the user ID.

    I have the same issue. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled the app turned off WiFi used mobile still same issue. I’m unable to sign they they Game Center. If I sign in they Facebook it creates new user.

    I've been having the same issue.  I can't login with Game Center. I've rebooted my WiFi did all three necessary troubleshooting still no luck. It's very frustrating I've spent money on this app yet I'm unable to log in using game center. My Facebook is connected the another version of Madden football.

  • Go to settings and search Game Center and then click on Game Center then go down to the bottom of the Game Center tab and sign out and sign back in. 

  • I can’t log into madden and I had a really good team. It says Game Center log in failed try again every time.

    Were you able to login to the game in the last 24 hours? I recommend restarting your device before launching the app again or consider reinstalling it if you're still getting a login error.

    If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

    So I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Logged out of Game Center, logged back. On and off wifi. Reset my WiFi at home.

    no new updates on my phone. No new apps recently either.

    Did you ever sync up your account to Facebook? Try logging into the Facebook app and remove Madden Mobile under Settings>Apps. Then, log out of Facebook and then load up Madden Mobile. Try to sign into Madden Mobile with Facebook. 

  • I am having the same problem it won’t let me log into Game Center and I had a stacked team and I don’t wanna lose all my progress

    What steps have you tried so far? Have you rebooted your device or reinstalled the app? Reinstalling the app tends to fix most game issues. If you linked up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be saved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode though that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
