Regestration Code Mass Effect value games

Dear EA-Team,

Ive just bought the game mass effect in the value games box.

After I've installed it with the key that was put inside the box
I was asked to type it in again to start the game. It said there
to type in my registration code. I believe that was supposed to
be the same one that I typed in earlier.
I tried it again now, but it won't allow it so I'm unable to start the
game. Could you help me with this problem?

On the CD there is anouther code saying:

DGX07706809D1/GER

I also typed in this one but it doesnt respond

I've bought it in Germany.
